I was surprised initially to be dealing with a local Aussie call centre and not an off shore call taker. This just happened to be just before Easter and I mentioned there was a degree of urgency and if it was possible to get my product prior to the Easter break. I could not believe , within an hour I had received an email stating my order had been picked and would dispatched ASAP. I received my order on Thursday, the day before good Friday.

As a result of this fantastic service, fast delivery and great pricing, I placed another order for my puppies worming and tick control, this time without the urgency.
Again the delivery time was within the week and the pricing was half what i had previously paid elsewhere.

I again attempted to make a third purchase, however, the young lady apologised, by saying they did not carry that particular product, however, she directed me to another organisation that could help me.
I was so impressed with the way every transaction was handled, I will always make "Vet-N Pet" my first and only contact.

Prices are good and I was kept up to date on processing and shipping of my order which was delivered quickly. Very happy with product range, quality and prices. Will definitely shop again.

My order was dispatched quickly. The courier unfortunately sent it to the wrong area, so delivery took 2 weeks while my package was redirected.
