I purchased a box of 100 Zylkene tables in blister packs for my cat. As I have to break open each capsule and sprinkle the powder on her food, I was perplexed when I attempted to open a capsule and discovered the contents were hard as a rock and not suitable for sprinkling (or dissolving - I tried). I contacted Vet n Pet Direct who quickly referred the issue to the manufacturer. I received a phone call from the manufacturer/distributor and they shipped me out 100 replacement capsules (in bottles this time) very quickly. So what could have been a very annoying experience turned out to be quite a positive one. Annoying that the issue occurred in the first place (not sure why) but positive because the response to rectify was so quick. Thanks for the great service - it's when there is an issue that you really find out the true mettle of a company.
