Excellent service, fast delivery and horse ball is very good quality and exactly as seen in pictures. My pony hasnt played with it yet but he has the opportunity which was my goal for his enrichment. I recommend.
This ball lasted 2 days with my horse. Said it would not go flat but it did. I am very dissatisfied. I sent an email about it and never heard from anyone. Do not advertise about things that are not true.

I am very sorry the ball has only lasted 2 days and this has left you as an unhappy customer.
At the base of the ball, you will see a one way valve. It allows the ball to re-inflate when horse flattens or squashes the ball. It is designed to release pressure so it will not pop when the horse adds his/her weight to it.
I suspect the valve may be blocked with a bit of dirt or debris not allowing it to fill back with air.
Please see if this is the case with your ball. If it is try unblocking. If it remains flat please let me know asap and I will organise for the ball to be returned to us at our cost and a replacement ball or refund issued to you.
We did reply to your email on the 6th December. We replied within 15 minutes of you sending your email. The reply email may have gone to your junk or spam folder.
