Really helps with training the new puppy how to walk nicely in public, but i would like to see smaller sizes, there wasn’t one that fit my dogs correctly and we had to sew the xs one to make it xxs.
Bought 2 harness, both of poor quality. Broke within first day .
Customer service blamed me and were aggressive. Never replied to my emails either. Never use this company again.
Hi Michele, We're so sorry to hear you have had a bad experience with us. Unfortunately no harness can withstand the mighty chewing power of a dogs teeth (most are capable of chewing up bones and so the soft webbing of a harness and plastic buckles don't really stand a chance. The manufacturers of the Gentle Leader harness don't offer a 'even if chewed' guarantee (we did ask!) although that would be nice! We've sold a few thousand of these harnesses over the past couple of years and not had any major quality issues brought to our attention. However, we always appreciate such feedback and will keep an eye on them as manufacturers do change their factories etc. I believe our customer service team have now resolved your concerns and thanks again for taking the time to leave this feedback.
works really well to interrupt pulling, need to ensure you have the right fit so that when puppy digs it's heals in it doesn't come off - this brand have inbetween sizes meaning there's an option for every stage of growth
great product and it really works with walking the dogs. Great service by the staff, fast delivery.
