Wormer rotation refers to periodically changing the horse wormer you are using to worm your horse. But it is not about changing the wormer brand but more specifically you must change the active ingredient that you are worming with. Follow the recommendations on the horse wormer you are using to see when you will need to worm your horse again. Some products have intervals of 6 weeks while others are longer lasting with up to 16 weeks between treatments, like Equest Plus Tape.
