I give this to my 9yr old dog daily with food, to help with joints and bones as he gets older and seems to show stiffness in his rear legs. It does help, I am sure: He does seem more mobile when he takes it, and no sign of pain.

Have used Joint Guard before with our 3 German Shepherds and started them early in life so didn't see big difference.
