High quality soft plastic with soft, short bristles. I bought two and both were clear plastic, not blue as advertised. I found the size a little small if used on my pointer finger, but perhaps a tighter fit is better do that the toothbrush doesn't slip while cleaning. It may be a very tight fit for a male's finger, however (unless put on the little finger). A bit pricey, but high quality, soft plastic, so well worth the outlay.

Nice soft 'bristles' and my dog doesn't protest too much but this item is totally over-priced. It should cost $2 at the most.

A good product for dogs I would say but useless on my cats, much too large. Would definitely be appropriate for medium-large dogs however
