Within days of adding this to my cats food she seemed better, happier, less demanding, started to gain weight, groom herself and drink less often. She was diagnosed with early hyperthyroidism and while waiting for her thyroid drops to arrive Milk Thistle was recommended, it seemed almost like a remedy itself. Only small criticism was the pump spray was broken when I opened the package, but we bandaided it together. I would recommend this as a pick me up for cats that are just not quite as good as they were, mine is 16 now.
