About This Product

Product Description

Finally a treat cage made for smaller beaks!

There is no "door" on this cage so whatever you put into it must be squeezed through the bars which just adds to the foraging fun!

The Mini Stainless Steel Treat Cage comes to you filled with shredded, crinkled paper but you can use just about anything when refilling ... coconut fibre, left over toy parts ... and since it's stainless steel, you can even put food into it (plus it's dishwasher safe).

Great for Parrotlets, Parakeets, Cockatiels and Lovebirds. There are even a few shiny ones that finches and canaries will enjoy.

Chewing is a major activity in the wild, especially during breeding season when birds are actively burrowing nests into tree trunks. It is imperative that birds be provided with destructible wood toys.

Measures 15cm H x 8cm W

Sprout Loves it!

Our green-cheek conure Sprout loves foraging for his paper straws with treats inside mixed in with the shredded paper in the little cage. It’s a great size for him and I’ll also switch it around for my rainbow lorikeet and cockatiel to try.
