One day, while working on a VW Bus, Joe began tossing auto parts to Fritz to lure him away from the rocks. Among those parts was a rubber suspension component and when it bounced over to Fritz, he was immediately drawn to it, picked it up and dropped it in Joe’s lap. Inspired by the erratic bounce and toughness of that rubber part, Joe created the KONG. And nearly 50 years later, KONG Classic is still a favorite toy for dogs.

This is a tough toy but not as interesting as the KONG Extreme. My super chomper will chew it at times but gets a little frustrated with not being able to get all the treats out!
This toy is great i have 4 staffords and i have 3 of these and a smaller one for our pup they are good as they bend and they place chew and i also sometimes put treats in them, they entertain my dogs very well
Great product, but unfortunately not togh enough for staffy's :(
considering this is a Kong Extreme we are extremely disappointed, 11month old Storm chewed through the "solid" rubber the day he got it, within hours...waste of money
